Weather Policy: (Applies to only outdoor rentals) If the weather turns bad, there is no fee to cancel due to weather as long as you inform Davis Brothers Party Rentals by email or phone at least 6 hours before your scheduled setup window. If you were required to pay a deposit, the deposit amount will be saved as a rain check available for credit within 1 year, in your name. Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use. Note: Unless, the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment, we leave the decision up to you since your area might not be affected by weather conditions as much as another. Our main safety concern is wind. When winds go higher than approx. 18 MPH, jumps become unsafe regardless of our tie down methods.
No. We arrive prior to the rental time and will have everything setup before the start of the rental period.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we make all of our deliveries between 7am and 12 noon. We arrive and set up before the rental time begins. If we have many rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as the day before. If this is the case, we will call the before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Sorry, but we do not deliver to parks unless it is a corporate or city event.
